This network provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and clinical support across a wide range of practices, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while benefiting from robust systems, resources, and expertise behind the scenes.
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dental practice in Taree that has been serving the local community for over five decades. The practice enjoys a loyal patient base and operates Monday to Friday, featuring five modern treatment rooms equipped with Oasis practice management software and ExamPro digital imaging technology. The practice is seeking a motivated, patient-focused dentist to join their collaborative and thriving team. This role is suitable for both experienced clinicians and recent graduates who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Our client offers a broad range of dental services, including general and cosmetic dentistry, implants, restorative prosthodontics, teeth whitening, mouthguards, and occlusal care. You will work alongside a cohesive team of six dentists and eight experienced dental assistants who are committed to teamwork and clinical excellence

Key Duties
* Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups
* Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
* Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
* Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
* Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
* Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
* Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
* Maintaining patient records

* 10% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills, Qualifications & Requirements
* Willingness to relocate to Australia
* Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
* Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
* Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
* Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
* Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
