About the Role
We're looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic.
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic.
You'll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Experience
* Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
* Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
* Maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
Administration
* Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
* Process payments, invoices, and billing enquiries (NDIS, Medicare, private)
* Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
* Assist with client communications and documentation
* Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
* General admin including data entry, inbox management, and stock
About You
* Minimum 2+ years of previous reception, administration, or customer service experience required
* Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
* Healthcare, allied health, or NDIS experience highly regarded
