Role & Responsibilities
- As a mystery shopper your feedback assists our client’s clients to measure their customer service performance and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand. You will help them to create an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- You will need to have an eye for detail, a good memory and excellent written communication skills. Good spelling and grammar are essential.
- You must have access to a computer and the internet.
