Taking on the **Digital Marketing Specialist** role at Scout Talent Group your role will focus on managing and elevating the digital presence of our suite of websites, collaborating closely with our dynamic global team.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital marketing strategies are innovative and impactful, designed to meet the evolving needs of our audience and enhance our online visibility.
Located at our global headquarters in the heart of **Milton, Brisbane**, your responsibilities will typically include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and optimising multiple websites for functionality, user experience, and conversion
- Creating new websites or landing pages with the ability to mock up designs, write content, and build websites or landing pages using Elementor or Wordpress
- Build retargeting and search ads to boost web traffic
- Creating engaging content (copywriting and graphic design) for distribution across digital platforms, with an understanding of our brand voice and audience interests
- Developing and executing an SEO strategy to boost rankings for non-branded keywords
- Innovating in digital marketing by adopting trends and technologies to keep our brand leading in the digital space
