Your New Role
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes. As this is a junior role, you will work closely with more senior team members on client engagements. Each engagement is different, but typical responsibilities of a Senior Change Analyst include:
* Taking briefs from clients
* Analysing a client's business particularly where there is a potential impact from change
* Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
* Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
* Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
* Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
* Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change during and after the project
What You Bring
Coming into the Change Management Practice at the Senior Change Analyst level means that you will bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and exposure to end-to-end delivery of organisational change. Typically, Senior Change Analyst have:
* 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles
* A Bachelor's degree (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
You will also possess the following essential attributes for managing change at this level
