* Expected salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Role

In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience by advising customers on their vehicle needs, while also leading, mentoring, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth and performance.


Day-to-day tasks would include

* Customer service and advising
* Sales
* Bookings
* Allocating jobs
* Supervising of staff (Workshop)
* Providing mentoring and feedback to staff
* Building relationships (staff, customers and suppliers)
* Optimising business operations and sales


Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager (preferred)
* Background in mechanical work, tyre fitting, or wheel alignments
* Strong face‑to‑face customer service skills
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Experience in the tyre or automotive industry is essential
* Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and prioritisation skills
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Current and valid driver’s license
