We are seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to join our school community as Assistant Principal. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and strategic direction of the school.
As Assistant Principal, your primary responsibility will be to lead and implement school and diocesan strategic plans, promoting an effective, engaging and innovative learning environment. You will also be responsible for building the capacity of teachers for discipleship formation, contributing to the development of co-responsible leadership, and creating and maintaining supportive and safe pastoral care learning environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in driving educational innovation and improvement. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check, full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA), and be a practising Catholic who witnesses to Catholic beliefs and practices. Relevant teaching and postgraduate qualifications are essential, along with experience in leadership and promotion of an effective learning environment.
