Job Role

We are seeking highly qualified individuals to fill the role of lifeguard for the summer season. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for actively supervising and educating patrons to ensure safety across our pools.

* Supervise and educate patrons to ensure pool safety
* Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies
* Create a positive and enjoyable experience for pool users
* Conduct regular safety checks of pools and facilities
* Ensure facilities are used appropriately by members and casual patrons
* Employee Working with Children Check
* Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
* First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
* Poll Lifeguard Qualification

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of concentration. They will also be required to follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of all patrons.
