Responsibilities
- Lead a busy Burnside location store with a large team (15+ associates).
- Take ownership of store operations, analyse key reports, and make commercial decisions.
- Create an environment where people love to work and shop; build a positive, results-focused culture.
- Coach, develop, and manage team performance.

- Proven experience leading teams of 15+ people in a high-volume environment
- Strong operational skills – you know how to run a tight ship
- A natural love of fashion and trends
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing team performance

- Flexibility to work across a Sunday–Thursday roster
