About the role
The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales, achieve targets and procure donations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will assist to develop and drive local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store. On a day-to-day basis, you will help lead a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.

* Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPI's

* Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends

This role is covered by the General Retail Industry Award Level 4. Pay from $28.12 hourly + superannuation + casual loading + access to salary packaging.
