About the role
We are looking for Baristas All-Rounders to join our Melbourne team, across both our current Collingwood café and our soon-to-open Freshwater café.
We have full-time and casual opportunities available, with shifts during the week. Our cafés operate Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 2:30pm, with a small seasonal menu, cashless operation and good vibes.
A typical day might look like:
* Arrive bright and early and drink a brew with the team
* Prepare and serve coffee
* Take customer orders and handle the register
* Run food and drinks to tables
* Maintain a clean space by clearing tables and cleaning dishes
* Support both front-of-house and general café operations as needed
* Offer our customers friendly service and knowledge of our products
To nail this role you'll need:
* 1–2 years' experience as a barista or café all-rounder
* A warm and friendly energy
* A passion for coffee and hospitality
* Strong customer service skills
* Flexibility to support both bar and general café duties
