Currently there is an opportunity at our Acacia Ridge office for a proactive Internal Sales and Estimator to join the Idealair Group sales team.
Job Description
The Role:
* Answer customer enquiries on price and availability of stock.
* Provide assistance to customers with technical fan selections and influence specifications.
* Provide project quotations to customers by the due dates requested. Ensure customer requirements are met or qualified in quotations by reviewing in detail contract documents
* Through various sources contact potential customers eg. referral from external sales, follow-up of quotations, referral from existing customers.
* Develop ongoing, repeat business relationships with new and existing customers.
* Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with Fantech Operating Procedure.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should:
Have proven experience in sales or experience sales administration and a desire to build relationships and sell a market-leading range of ventilation products. Experience within the HVAC market and knowledge of air conditioning systems is advantageous but not essential. Engineering, tertiary, or trade qualifications as well as sales experience in the ventilation industry are also an advantage but not essential.
