About the Role
We are seeking talented economists to fill multiple APS6 and EL1 positions in Economics and Insights. You will lead or contribute to small teams delivering economic research and analysis to support complex policy and pricing decisions.
Conduct economic research and analysis to inform policy and pricing decisions.
Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor program impacts.
Design pilot studies to address information gaps and test innovative solutions.
Apply statistical and economic modelling using large datasets.
Collaborate with stakeholders, government departments, and academic experts.
Contribute to a high-performing team culture and leadership (EL1 roles).
About You
APS6: Bachelors degree in economics, econometrics, or related field.
EL1: Postgraduate degree in economics, econometrics, or related field.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to simplify complex economic data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
Proficiency (desirable) in R, Python, Stata, or SAS.
Interest in the economic challenges of the care and disability sector.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to improve outcomes in the sector.
