Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the state transport team to achieve performance targets. Oversee fleet operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain safety and compliance standards in line with NHVR, CoR, and OHS regulations. Monitor and control operational budgets, driving cost efficiencies and financial performance. Foster strong customer relationships and manage service level agreements (SLAs). Liaise with internal departments to align operational goals and ensure effective communication. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork. Oversee staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to company procedures. Maintain accurate warehouse stock control and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
