About the Role
As Golf Entertainment Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the entire golf entertainment experience — from our Full Swing simulators to our 18-hole Mini Golf Course, Pro Shop, and bar service.
You will:
* Oversee Golf Simulator Operations – Host corporate events, social play, and league competitions in our cutting-edge Full Swing simulators.
* Lead Mini Golf Events – Coordinate and host corporate and group bookings with energy and professionalism.
* Manage Pro Shop Service Standards – Supervise check-ins, bookings, and retail interactions to ensure guests are greeted and served efficiently.
* Drive Bar Service Excellence – Maintain a premium, fun, and consistent level of service.
* Be the On-the-Floor Leader – Make real-time decisions to keep events and guest flow running smoothly.
* Record and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Be trained in Full Swing and MiClub systems.
* Report directly to the Director of Golf.
