Key Account Professional

This is a mid-senior level sales and business development role with a leading global insurance brand. We prioritize care for our customers, the planet, and each other.

As a Key Account Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and quota targets across Partner accounts.

* Developing and managing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and quota targets across Partner accounts.
* Collaborating with Partners to understand their needs and recommending tailored products, services, and upgrades to drive revenue growth.
* Driving additional business opportunities within the existing portfolio while managing income and expense budgets.
* Acting as the primary liaison between Partners and the organization to ensure optimal service levels and strategic alignment.
* Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, monitoring performance via Salesforce KPIs, and implementing retention and growth strategies.

About You

* Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of managing client accounts.
* Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities aligned with market and Partner needs.
* Solid understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and delivering engaging presentations.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
