* Champion Storytelling: Create platform-native content that speaks our customers' language and sparks action.
* Guard the Brand Voice: Keep our tone bold, distinctive, and consistent across every touchpoint.
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Anticipate platform shifts, social trends, and engagement tactics that put us ahead of the curve.
* Measure and Optimise: Use insights to amplify what works and pivot quickly when needed.
* Inspire Others: Collaborate with and rally cross-functional teams around a shared creative vision.

About You

* 4+ years in content, creative, or brand leadership, ideally in retail, fashion, or fast-paced D2C.
* A proven creative thinker with a track record of content that delivered results.
* Strong grasp of analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to optimise for impact.
* Collaborative, customer focused, and always pushing to raise the bar.
