About us:
Biloela Hospital is a 20-bed hospital that caters for inpatients and outpatients including emergency and outpatient services. The hospital also provides general medical and surgical services, 2 acute resuscitation bays and treatment area. Support services to the hospital include community services, Radiology, Pharmacy, Immunisation, Child Health, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Oral Health.
About the role:
A Nurse Grade 4 is an Enrolled Nurse with advanced skill who supports a Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife in the provision of person-centred care as specified by registration requirements, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and codes, education preparation, relevant legislation, and context of care.
* It is the purpose of this role to demonstrate nursing competence in the provision of nursing care to inpatients and outpatients whilst in the department.
* Undertake delegated and delegate activities while assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice.
* The purpose of the role of Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill is to provide holistic patient-centred care and practice within an interdisciplinary team environment.
* The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill provides and evaluates contemporary evidence-based nursing care in alignment with accepted standards Central Queensland Health guidelines and policies.
About you:
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Total remuneration value of up to $94,197 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $41.65 p.h.
