This Administration Assistant role plays a pivotal part in supporting our Operations team to deliver high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service. We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant initially working 35 hours per week over 5 days in our Coffs Harbour office, reducing to 21 hours per week from April 2nd.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong support for the delivery of administrative services
* Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality customer service
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
Requirements:
* Alignment with our organisation's values and code of conduct
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration or a related field
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
* Proven organisational and time management skills
