The Role:
We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to own and drive AI transformation across Rethink Group's portfolio of ten businesses. You'll identify high-impact opportunities, scope and implement AI solutions, and build capability across teams.
This is a hands-on strategic role. You'll work directly with key stakeholders to build innovative AI products, from first conversation to live solution. You'll shape what gets built, how it gets delivered, and how teams adopt it.

What You'll Do:
Manage the project pipeline: prioritise the backlog, coordinate with engineers, and keep stakeholders informed
Run discovery across the group to identify high-value AI opportunities
Validate AI solutions and assess fit for business problems
Translate business problems into clear solution specs, user stories, and project briefs that engineers can build from
Build adoption roadmaps that link business goals to clear use cases and ROI
Deliver AI training workshops to build capability across teams
Guide teams through change management and readiness
Document workflows, processes, and best practices
About you:
In-depth knowledge of AI and its practical business applications
AI/ML certifications or formal training
Background in consulting, strategy, or project management
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical capability into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Workshop design and facilitation
