Our client, GPI (General) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time ICT Support and Test Engineer. Responsibility: ·Responsible for developing and implementing support procedures and strategies, ensuring adherence to technical quality assurance standards, and managing critical systems infrastructure Duties: ·Develop and implement support procedures and strategies. ·Manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines. ·Investigate and analyse system problems and performance issues. ·Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support. ·Conduct testing to evaluate system behaviour and functionality. ·Document test results and create defect reports. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues. ·Maintain systems infrastructure and ensure optimal performance. ·Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. ·Provide technical guidance and support to other team members Qualification: ·AQF Bachelor or Higher ·3 years of experience in related field
