Job Description
As a People Culture Executive, you'll play a vital role in enhancing team capabilities and workplace culture. You'll work closely with the People Culture Manager and collaborate with a Portfolio Hub team across five impressive hotels, using your influence and commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support performance conversations, employee development, and workplace relations with the People Culture Manager.
* Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance across all departments.
* Monitor team productivity, workforce planning, and help implement strategies to improve retention and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, employment legislation, and contribute to monthly reporting requirements.
* Maintain accurate team member records and help champion a culture that supports growth, recognition, and wellbeing.
Requirements
You'll need a relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field and previous HR experience in a hotel or hospitality setting. A sound understanding of the Australian industrial relations landscape and award interpretation is also essential.
