The Role: As our Administration/ Property Management Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional atmosphere while supporting our sales and property management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and greeting clients with a friendly, helpful manner Managing emails and general office correspondence Co-ordinating appointments and maintaining front office presentation Supporting agents and property managers with administrative duties Handling keys, mail, deliveries, and general enquiries Have high attention to detail and strong computer skills Assist team members with administration work Corporate presentation Attend all training and meetings as required Be proactive, punctual and reliable About You Good standard of communication with attention to detail. Good numerical skills. Proficient computer software skills. High standard of presentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Can apply tenancy legislation under direction.
