Executive Assistant to VP/Country Manager

Whether you are coordinating key meetings and events, supporting with the onboarding of new team members, or ensuring the teams you support have what they need to be successful, your work will be highly valued.
How you'll make an impact
Manage the VP/Country Manager for ANZ and South Korea calendar, email, office files, expenses, Country Leadership Team meetings planning, off-site planning.
Generate contracts and contract amendments, including extensions, changes, and terms and conditions; review all contracts to ensure compliance with established guidelines, including securing appropriate approvals and signatures.
Lead, plan, and execute projects (arrange VIP events such as the annual kickoff and mid-year meetings).
Own communication channels across ANZ and Korea (Heartbeat, internal newsletter, Viva Engage, monitors).
Provide administrative support to VP /CM and assigned teams and/or stakeholders (e.g., Korea, Compliance); follow-up letters to external stakeholders.
Organize and manage all VIP event details (e.g., educational events, congresses, internal meetings) with high complexity under limited supervision (expense reporting, travel and venue logistics, hotel arrangements, invoice processing).
Participate in L&D programs at direction of CM.
Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to other team members.
Some travel both interstate and overseas required.
What you'll need (Required)
H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of related experience at EA level.
Experience with basic project management (preferred).
What else we look for (Preferred)
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, video capability, AI Co Pilot proficiency (Word, email, PPT, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to convey instructions and training, and effectively persuade to drive achievement of objectives.
Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English.
Full knowledge of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to brand standards.
Full knowledge of risk of HCP interaction and adherence to AdvaMed code of ethics.
Full knowledge of HCP expense policies.
Full knowledge of business systems (e.g., CVENT, TAP, ECLM, Concur, Travel Request Processing).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Strict attention to detail.
Professional interaction with all organizational levels.
Work independently and under pressure.
Adhere to company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, environmental health & safety rules, pollution prevention).
