About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist to join us on a casual basis at our beautiful Fisherman's Beach park. In this role, you'll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check‐ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face‐to‐face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously. There may also be a requirement to support the Housekeeping team with cleaning functions as required.
This role requires availability on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
What We're Looking For
* Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems – New Book would be extremely advantageous
* Previous reception / front office experience (desired, not required)
* Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
* A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
* Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
