This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with our valued trade customers.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday with an attractive salary package including a motor vehicle allowance.
RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling Growing sales, identifying new product and market opportunities Face to face and telephone customer service and sales Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software Prepare accurate and timely project quotations Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles Engage in regular product and sales training Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales A passion to deliver outstanding customer service Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred Competency with software systems Forklift license or willingness to obtain Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment REWARDS
