Servicenow Sales Specialist Role
The key objective of this position is to spearhead AC3's efforts in helping customers solve business challenges through the application and delivery of ServiceNow products and services.
This involves a deep understanding of each account's challenges and opportunities, identifying how AC3 can provide value.
* Develop relationships with existing customers, seeking out new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
* Manage and coordinate tender and proposal processes with ServiceNow Practice SMEs and broader business teams.
* Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop proposals that align to client objectives and requirements.
This role requires strong sales experience, negotiation skills and ability to maintain relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

* Advanced understanding of the IT market and competitors.
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, business or marketing, with relevant industry certifications.
