The Early Childhood Assistant Centre Director will be responsible for assisting the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. This role involves collaborating with educators to plan learning experiences, supporting implementation of early years frameworks, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

* Maintain clean, organized, and inclusive environments that reflect play-based philosophy.

* Oversee daily operations in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring continuity and efficiency.

* Mentor educators and support staff to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

* Ensure programs build language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
">
* Schedule staff, monitor ratios, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Promote cultural diversity and multilingual engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
">
* In-depth knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
">
* Strong understanding of regulations, compliance, and Child Safe Standards applicable to Victorian early childhood services.
">
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
">
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Storypark.
