We are currently seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine.
The Emergency Department sees over 25,000 presentations per annum and is a regional trauma and referral centre, seeing major road trauma from road, farm, and factory.
The Clinical Director will provide professional leadership, clinical governance, and strategic planning of the Emergency Department, including clinical service, innovation, continuous improvement and optimisation of patient flow.
Great coastal location on the great Ocean Road 3 hrs drive from Melbourne.
Position Overview
Full Time, On-going position 50% clinical, 50% clinical support time.
Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team of health professionals, excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven capacity to provide clinical leadership to a range of professional clinical staff in a multi-disciplinary team.
