About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team providing strategic leadership across the business operations, with oversight of financial management, Information Technology, NDIS planning & billing functions, property & fleet management, and risk management.
Key Duties
- Financial stewardship & sustainable resource management
- Information and Technology Leadership
- NDIS planning and service oversight
- Asset and infrastructure management
- Organisational safety, integrity, and risk leadership
- Operational excellence and performance leadership
- Strategic change leadership & innovation
Skills and Experience
- Must have significant operational leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
- Robust financial and resource management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams in a complex environment.
