Occupational Therapist - Community OT roles available
Join a Team That Puts People First
Enhance OT is a trusted provider of adult occupational therapy services, proudly supporting the Adelaide community since 2004. As a therapist-owned and operated practice, we're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care — and we're just as committed to supporting our team.
We're NDIS registered and proudly certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence in service delivery.
At Enhance OT, you won't be bogged down by unrealistic expectations. Our experienced admin team takes care of scheduling, referrals, equipment coordination, and more — so you can focus on what you do best: making a meaningful difference in people's lives. With achievable billing targets and genuine team support, we've built a culture that values both client outcomes and clinician well-being.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join us on our mission. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and excited to be part of a values-driven, close-knit team — we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
At Enhance OT, we understand that work-life balance isn't a luxury — it's essential. That's why we offer flexible working options to suit your lifestyle, whether you're balancing family, study, or other commitments. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with the freedom to shape a role that truly works for you.
We're currently recruiting for a range of roles focused on supporting adults aged 18+ under the NDIS across Metropolitan Adelaide. Whether you're looking to work in the inner suburbs, Adelaide Hills, or the Northern or Southern regions, we have opportunities available in your preferred area.
In addition to NDIS work, we also offer part-time and full-time roles supporting Department of Veterans' Affairs and Aged Care clients.
Prefer working from home? Great — we support remote work. Enjoy the buzz of a collaborative team environment? Our welcoming office space is here when you need it. We're committed to helping you find the right mix, with genuine flexibility and support.
This is more than just a job — it's your chance to build lasting therapeutic relationships and see the meaningful impact of your work every day. Join a team that empowers you to thrive while making a real difference in people's lives.
