The role at a glance: Part‐time position (22.8 hours) Saturday and Sunday shift plus one weekday shift. Training provided. Purpose‐driven healthcare retail environment.
About the role:
As a Sleep Coach, you'll support customers in‐store by delivering professional, thoughtful service while contributing to store sales and presentation standards. You'll be part of a close‐knit team where everyone supports one another and customer care comes first. This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy and making a positive impact.
You will:
* Assist customers with sleep health products and solutions
* Achieve sales targets in a supportive team environment
* Maintain store standards and stock levels
* Complete product training and follow service processes
* Assist with POS, admin tasks and equipment care
