The Hume Region delivers a range of services through Justice Service Centres located at Wangaratta, Shepparton, Seymour and Wodonga. The Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing the region with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration About the Role: The Justice Officer – Administration, performs reception and concierge duties and provides accurate and timely administrative support services for the various business areas within the Justice Service Centres across the locations. The role has a strong focus on service delivery to clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the public. This is a casual position with no fixed hours available. Coordinating client and visitor movements relevant to the locations. Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff. About You: To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: Experience within an administrative capacity and reception experience would be advantageous.
