We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join one of our clients for a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension.
You'll be instrumental in a major HR technology implementation project, from initial system procurement to final rollout. Your expertise in business analysis, including data review and system testing, will be critical to our success.
Selection Criteria
* At least 5 years of experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.
* Workday experience is a huge plus!
* Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and managing the external system procurement process.
* Strong and demonstrated skills in business process analysis, mapping and re￾engineering for change and management of that change.Â
* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, report, design and scope changes which will bring significant business and system improvement.Â
* Demonstrated ability to establish effective working partnerships and engage all levels of staff within the organisation with a strong customer service focus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and concepts on business solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in the development of business analysis and process development within a medium to large organisation.
* Business Analysis experience including demonstrated report preparation such as Business Case proposals, Process Maps and Project Management reports
Qualifications/Education level
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or business-related discipline, or demonstrated relevant experience
* Possession of relevant industry certification or equivalent deemed experience (e.g. PMI- PBA, PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile, AgileBA or AgilePM or IIBA Certification)
