As a key driver of our potato and onion packing operations, you'll be leading teams, improving processes, and making sure our production floor runs like a well-oiled machine - every day, every shift.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Working closely with the Operations Manager to hit targets, lift performance, and support strategic goals.
Supporting supervisors and staff to build capability, communication, and accountability.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation - reducing downtime, cutting waste, and increasing efficiencies.
Ensuring machinery and equipment are well maintained and troubleshooting issues proactively.
Managing production schedules, stock rotation, and workflow planning.
Reporting on key KPIs across safety, quality, DIFOT, productivity and people performance.
Supporting collaboration between production, logistics, farming, and QHSE teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
Helping maintain a positive, respectful, and safe working culture.
What You Bring
5+ years' experience in production management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ in fast-moving environments.
Experience with short shelf-life or fresh food products.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
