**About the role**

CBH are seeking a full-time permanent Manager in Network Planning team to drive planning, prioritising and business case development of major investments across the supply chain to contribute to the achievement of our 2033 Strategy - which will require investment of $4 billion over 10 years.

The role will entail the identification and evaluation of projects to determine the highest value opportunities to create and return value for WA grain growers and support the long-term competitiveness of WA grain on a global scale. In addition, the role will entail undertaking research / analysis to develop internal thought leadership to shape longer term strategic decisions. The role provides opportunities to gain exposure to a broad range of areas across the business and interface with senior management and executive.

The Network Planning team is a high performing team supporting the increased network investment requirements. The team are committed to enhancing the CBH supply chain to keep pace with WA growers and global food markets.

**Reporting to the Head of Network Planning and working closely with operational personnel in regional areas and in head office, the key deliverables for the role are**:
- Lead strategic planning of major investments in the Network and assist in enabling the delivery of the Group’s 2033 Strategic Objectives;- Business case development and project initiation for infrastructure projects ($3 million to $50 million), including undertaking and review detailed financial models; robust commercial and operational analysis; and communicate recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.- Lead strategic projects and portfolio and develop solutions to complex problems in relation to the network and supply chain- Manage a team of analysts and drive effective stakeholder engagement and facilitate collaboration between the operations team and the wider business

**What you will bring to the role**:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within either a professional services, business analyst, management consulting, corporate strategy & planning, investment banking, or agricultural environment.- Post graduate qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline;- Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and developing team members with the ability to manage high performing individuals;- Ability to lead the planning and evaluation of projects, including analysis and financial modelling, preparing business cases and management / Board presentations.- Agile thinking, a curious mind and an ability to critically analyse problems and potential value creation opportunities;- Capacity to create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to individuals at all levels and produce high quality written documentation and presentations; and- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment, working with others with diverse skill
