Global Mobility Leadership Role
This senior-level position is a key member of the global mobility team, responsible for overseeing full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
* Manage and oversee the entire expatriate management cycle with strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
* Engage proactively with active assignees to ensure their needs are met and they are well-informed throughout the transition process.
* Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders globally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of global mobility, including immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations/assignment on international projects, relocation management and third-party provider coordination. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively to dynamic business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes and relocation management.
* Provide expert guidance to employees, managers and HR partners on global mobility programs, policy compliance and strategic talent mobility.
* Develop and maintain effective strategies for managing global assignments, including short-term and long-term international moves, permanent relocations and project workers.
Requirements:
* General Experience: Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (8 years and above); Managerial Experience not required (Individual Contributor)
* Extensive background in all aspect of Global mobility (not limited to an area) – immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations / assignment on international projects, entire assignment lifecycle, relocation management and third-party provider coordination (immigration, tax, relocation, etc)
