This role will be four days on-site, with 1 day work-from-home flexibility.
Job Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics.
Identify and analyse trends to provide actionable insights for future planning.
Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Financial Planning & Analyst Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in financial planning and analysis role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively.
SAP experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
What's on Offer
Salary package of $125,000 - $140,000 + Super.
Permanent, full-time position based in Clayton.
