We are looking for a forward-thinking and proactive Luxury Product Designer to support our product team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment in a small but savvy team to cement the position of an established luxury travel brand. The Luxury Product Designer is responsible for assisting the Travel Associates (TA) product strategy as part of the high performing TA product team. The key intent of the role is to surface and merchandise product through the network, ensuring the growth of luxury market share and the increase in cruise and land attachment for the TA advisor network. You will be key in enhancing product offers through collaboration with the wider TA team and empowering advisors to upskill and maximise margin opportunities. In this role, you will report to the TA Head of Product and will work collaboratively with the wider Product and Marketing team, merchandising and surfacing key cruise products to aggressively grow revenue and profit to our business. This role is onsite at our South Bank HQ. Accountabilities Merchandising and surfacing product from key cruise partners as advised by the Cruise Manager Work with the Cruise Manager to solicit compelling offers whilst identifying product gaps Design and create cruise and tour product bundles to market for inclusion in campaigns, including: - Bundled air, maximising wholesale air opportunities - Compelling, exclusive cruise offers - Website product management - Stand-alone cruise pricing and ACCCing Digital marketing offers to market to drive high-value, targeted enquiry Ensure the Brand & DNA is evident in the creation of bespoke product design and execution of new product ranges Ensure competitiveness and competitor analysis on all marketed packages. Review, update &/or extend packages on a regular basis Maximise loyalty opportunities for the strong Travel Associates client database Communication of new offers, advisor education & collateral distribution to the network Assist in driving CLIA membership training Promote open, regular and two-way communication between product and advisors Assist in the delivery of the right information back to TA on the products being sold and any opportunities. Experience & Knowledge Excellent communication skills 4 years’ experience in a product design role A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude!
