Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reconciliation of branch libraries petty cash and till floats
2. Collation of timesheets and leave forms
3. Collation of scheduled reports and statistics
4. Undertaking of the branch libraries weekly delivery boxes process
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated experience in office management including accounts payable, cash handling, stores control, and telephone reception
* Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
* Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service
* Possess a Class C Driver's Licence
