Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation
* Qualification (and/or experience) in property, surveying, or legal fields
* Experience in land access, easements, and property transactions, ideally within utilities or infrastructure with knowledge of the energy industry
* Knowledge of Tasmanian systems like LIST and experience managing projects, contracts, and working with external consultants
