Commercial Director – NetSuite ANZ Fusion5 is looking for a Commercial Director – NetSuite ANZ to own and accelerate ARR growth across new logo acquisition and customer expansion, while leading our position as a top-tier Oracle NetSuite partner across Australia and New Zealand.This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for a senior sales and commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of ERP, SaaS, AI-enabled transformation, and executive engagement. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, lead a high performing ANZ sales organisation, and be a key member of our NetSuite ANZ leadership team.Why this role? The NetSuite practice at Fusion5 is an ANZ business with strong foundations, an established install base, and significant growth ambition. This role gives you:Full ownership of NetSuite ANZ revenue – new logo, install base expansion and partner tier outcomes.A seat at the leadership table with genuine influence over go-to-market strategy and practice direction.The mandate to build an AI-sales first model that lifts performance without linear headcount growth.A strong delivery capability – what you sell, we can deliverThe backlog of an established trans-Tasman business with a 'Go Beyond' culture that means it.What you'll ownARR targets and YoY NetSuite growth across ANZ — including delivery of partner tier outcomes and growth targetsThe Oracle NetSuite partnership - senior relationships with Partner Managers, Sales and Overlay Teams, and field stakeholders, ensuring early opportunity visibility and co-sell alignmentStructured pipeline generation, rigorous forecasting, and disciplined deal execution across a mixed team of hunters and account managersInstall base growth - programmatic expansion and cross-sell across Fusion5's broader portfolio including Managed Services, Data, Integration, AI, and AdvisoryExecutive customer engagement - C-suite conversations focused on ERP modernisation, business transformation, and AI-enabled operationsAn AI-first sales model - embedding agentic tools and capabilities to improve win rates, qualification quality, and sales scalability.Fusion5's market reputation as a leading NetSuite transformation partner - thought leadership, industry relevance, and measurable client outcomesAbout you You're a confident, commercially minded senior leader with the presence and credibility to operate at C-Suite level with customers, Oracle, and internally. You bring structure and momentum to complex sales environments, balance strategy with execution, and build trust quickly with customers, partners, and teams. You hold yourself and others to high standards, and you know how to build a sales culture that performs consistently, not just in peaks.You'll likely bring10+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership roleStrong background in ERP / SaaS (NetSuite ideal, SAP/Dynamics/Oracle also relevant)Proven track record of delivering ARR growth, partner tier outcomes, and multi-million-dollar revenue growth targetsExperience as a partner, managing similar vendor partnerships, including co-sell motions and partner programsDemonstrated success leading mixed sales teams (hunters and account managers) and building a culture of accountability and performanceExecutive presence and commercial judgement to lead strategic conversations about transformation, ROI, and future-state operating modelsGenuine interest in AI -enabled sales models and track record of using data and technology to improve sales performance.What's in it for you? \"Go Beyond\" isn't a marketing line at Fusion5, it's the standard we hold ourselves to.
