As we scale rapidly, we're looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager who will own the digital customer experience end-to-end, with a clear mandate: drive conversion, reduce churn, and maximise lifetime value. You'll work closely with Marketing to optimise funnels, onboarding, and subscription journeys — and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure front-end initiatives integrate seamlessly with backend systems and CRM.
What you'll own
• Conversion & CRO: Lead high-impact A/B tests, UX experiments, and funnel optimisations to immediately lift conversion.
• Retention & LTV: Analyse churn patterns, optimise onboarding and early retention, and implement lifecycle flows that keep customers subscribed and engaged.
• Digital Journey: Streamline landing pages, consult flows, and subscription experiences to delight customers and remove friction.
• Front-End Operations: Ensure website health, speed, and campaign execution with rigorous QA. Coordinate content updates and digital promotions.
• Analytics & Insights: Turn data into actionable recommendations that grow acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Team & Collaboration: Lead an E-commerce/Operations Coordinator and work closely with the Operations Manager to align front-end and backend initiatives.
Who you are
* Experienced in eCommerce, CRO, and driving measurable retention
* Analytical and data-driven, with a UX / CX optimisation mindset
* Comfortable owning website operations and QA processes
* Subscription-based retention experience is a plus
* A strong collaborator across Marketing, Product, Patient Services and Operations
* Able to prioritise, execute, and lead in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
