The role:
I'm looking for a commercially-minded, relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to join a dynamic team supporting a high-performing Financial Services portfolio.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic financial services partnerships - including both major institutions and challenger brands. You'll be responsible for managing and growing existing partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, identifying new opportunities, and leading initiatives that deliver value for both the business and its partners.
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders from marketing, technology, product, legal, and finance, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and commercial outcomes across cards and non-cards products.
Specifically, you will:
Provide end-to-end management of strategic partnerships within a growing co-branded financial services portfolioLead commercial negotiations, including modelling and contract executionDevelop and implement partnership strategies to deliver on business objectivesIdentify and onboard new partners and revenue opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholdersReport on partnership performance and key business metricsContribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience operating in large, complex corporate environments, with a background in commercial, finance, strategy or consultingExposure to financial services, loyalty, rewards or retail banking environments (particularly personal lending or credit cards) highly regarded, though not essentialStrong commercial acumen, including experience in commercial modelling, understanding P&L drivers, and working within revenue-generating business areasProven experience in business development, including building business cases and proposals for strategic partner opportunitiesDemonstrated success in strategic partnership management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiationA collaborative, innovative and solutions-focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to deliver results
