CRM Manager

Permanent, Full-time position

Commencing: ASAP by Negotiation

Salary: From $106,800.00 to $116,250.00 based on experience

* Lead a greenfield HubSpot implementation, building capability from the ground up
* Shape a consistent, system-wide approach to student recruitment
* Work across marketing, data and schools to improve enrolment outcomes

Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a capable CRM Manager to join the Executive Director's Office. The role will establish and lead the ongoing development of a new student recruitment platform across the system, supporting a more consistent and effective approach to enrolment and engagement. It will suit someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes and working with stakeholders across a complex, multi-site environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Specialist, the CRM Manager is responsible for the ongoing operation, optimisation and improvement of CEDB's student recruitment platform. The role helps drive a consistent, system-wide approach to student recruitment through stronger workflows, data quality, reporting capability and user adoption across schools.

In this role, you will:

* Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of the CRM platform to support student recruitment
* Maintain workflows, automation, pipelines and system settings to support effective and scalable operations
* Support schools to use the system effectively and build adoption of consistent recruitment processes
* Maintain reporting and pipeline visibility, including lead sources, conversion trends and enrolment forecasting
* Work across marketing, ICT, vendors and schools to improve workflows, integrations and user experience
* Strengthen data quality, reporting reliability and governance across the recruitment system

About you (Selection Criteria)

You will bring:

* Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, ideally HubSpot
* Strong experience configuring workflows, automation and system processes
* Analytical and reporting capability, with the ability to turn data into practical insights
* Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and helping embed new systems and processes
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

It would also be beneficial if you have:

* Experience working in education or another multi-site environment
* Experience with CRM integrations and data governance
* Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, data or a related field
