Office Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, providing operational support to the broader team, and ensuring seamless office workflows.
This role involves taking ownership of office operations, coordinating travel and visa requirements, managing tender administration across stakeholders, and supporting an experienced manager with executive tasks.
* Manage facilities, suppliers, health and safety housekeeping, office supplies, and meeting logistics.
* Coordinate flights, accommodation, medicals, and visa documentation with external agents.
* Manage tender portals, track deadlines, compile and upload documentation, and liaise with offshore bid teams and clients.
* Calendar, travel, and document support for the manager.
* Occasional administrative support to the finance lead.
