Offer description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a part-time Accounts Officer role.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours a week, from 8.30am to 4.30pm, four days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri). Occasionally you will be required to work Thursdays for the end of month cycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records

- Conduct regular stocktakes and implement effective stock control measures

- Coordinate weekly ingredients ordering and ensure timely delivery

- Reconcile sales transactions and perform banking duties

- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes and prepare weekly financial reports

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, knowledge of MYOB or similar software, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
