Are you passionate aboutmaking a difference in healthcare medical workforce? WA CountryHealth Service (WACHS) is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, andmotivated Medical Recruitment Coordinator to join ourteam.

About theRole

As the Medical RecruitmentCoordinator, you will form part of a cohesive and supportive teamresponsible for delivering innovate approaches to attract top tiermedical practitioners and effective end-to-end recruitment servicesacross regional Western Australia.

In this pivotal role, youwill offer expert guidance and advice on recruitment and selectionprocesses ensuring compliance with the WA Public Sector Standards,relevant awards, agreements and legislative requirements. Youwill bring exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal, for developing advertising content and a collaborativeapproach to building strong relationships with regionalstakeholders. A customer-focused mindset will be key to ensuring apositive experience for both applicants and hiringmanagers.

This role offers an excitingopportunity to utilise your marketing skills and creativity toapply innovative approaches to designing and implementingrecruitment campaigns as well as promoting WACHS as an employer ofchoice through web-based platforms, medical conferences and expos,overall contributing to the medical workforce strategic plan forWACHS Medical Services.

To be eligible forappointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixedterm appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (forpermanent appointments).

WA Health policies requireapplicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integritychecking as part of the appointment process. As well as undertakinga criminal record screening and integrity checking, you may also berequired to undertake a working with children check (if requiredfor the role) and a pre-employment health assessment.
