Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Enhanced Service provides operational, technology, and administrative infrastructure supporting a growing group of healthcare and service-based businesses across Australia.
We are seeking a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help architect, guide, and oversee our technology ecosystem as we scale.
This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and integrating platforms, without the commitment of a full‐time executive role.
The Role
As our Fractional CTO, you will work closely with the directors to design and oversee the technology strategy across our businesses.
Your focus will be on digital product development, automation, systems architecture, and software integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and overseeing our technology roadmap
* Managing and coordinating developers, agencies, and technology vendors
* Overseeing data architecture and reporting frameworks
* Advising on AI implementation, automation, and operational efficiencies
* Evaluating build vs buy decisions for internal software projects
* Providing technical leadership for future software and app development projects
* Architecting integrations between platforms such as CRM systems, Practice management software, Automation tools, Finance and reporting platforms
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with practical business thinking.
You will likely have experience in:
* Startup or scale‐up environments
* Systems architecture and integrations
* API‐driven platforms and automation
* Cloud infrastructure
* Managing technical teams or developers
You may currently be working as:
* A CTO or Head of Engineering
* A startup founder with strong technical background
* A senior engineer transitioning into strategic leadership
Experience with healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, or automation tools will be highly regarded.
