Maintenance Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

* You will be responsible for identifying and resolving system faults or failures, either on site or in back-of-house subsystems.
* Monitoring the system for alarms, issues, or trends that may impact performance or lead to an acute issue.
* Triage client-initiated tickets for each issue and identify initial action required.
* Coordinating with Level 2 and Level 3 teams on response required for client-initiated tickets.
* Reviewing logs downloaded for associated ticket items and monitoring timing of responses required.

This role requires a good understanding of railway signalling systems, software, and hardware. Experience with ERTMS/ETCS, CBTC, Interlocking, ATP Systems is essential.

In this role, you will also contribute to improvements by proposing innovative features with added value for clients.

About You
">
We value passion and attitude over experience. A Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Computers, Software or Telecommunication Engineering is preferred.

* Good knowledge of railway signalling systems, software, and hardware.
* Experience with railway operations such as ERTMS/ETCS, CBTC, Interlocking, ATP Systems.
* Competent to interact with signalling sub-systems across the project team for technical convergence.
* Ability to work transversally with Services and Engineering teams.
